The Triumph Bonneville T100 is one of the most classic looking motorcycles one can buy in India. The motorcycle gets a 60s styling making it look very distinctive. It gets twin peashooter exhausts, chrome engine covers, Triumph logo on the seat, two-tone paint, spoke wheels and fork gaiters. Unlike the regular Bonneville, the T100 gets twin pod instrument cluster that sits over the chromed headlight that features the speedometer and tachometer. The speedo features a digital odometer and two trip meters. Braking power comes from the 310mm Nissin disc at the front and 255cc disc at the rear. The T100 has a fuel tank capacity of 16 litres and weighs 230 kgs which is quite on the heavier side. The Bonneville T100 is powered by an 865cc parallel twin engine that produces 67bhp at 7500rpm and maximum torque of 68Nm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox with one down and four up gearshift pattern. The Bonneville T100 is sold in India through the completely-knocked-down (CKD) route and has been priced little over the regular Bonneville. The Bonneville series has managed to get the most number of bookings in India and currently doesn’t have any competition.
