The Platina is the most affordable motorcycle in Bajaj’s line-up that has been targeted at consumers who are looking for a hassle-free commuter motorcycle. Bajaj offers the Platina with two engine options. One is a 99.27cc unit churns out 8.2bhp and 8.05Nm of torque, while the other is a 102cc DTS-I engine, which produces 8.1bhp and 8.63Nm of torque. Both the engines come with a four-speed manual gearbox, with an all-down pattern. While the regular base variant gets a 13-litre fuel tank, Bajaj for some reason decided to shrink this to 11.5-litre in the DST-I variant.
